The public site presents products and materials and links to contact channels. It has no customer account, registration, cart, payment form or website customer-order storage. Public customer APIs are disabled. The private research studio uses owner sign-in with ChatGPT and server-side editorial records; this is separate from customer registration. Previously implemented access records require a separate inventory; the policy does not claim such processing never occurred. Actual email processing and retention arrangements require confirmation.
7. Locations and international flows
No new customer-account database is being deployed because customer accounts are excluded from the current model. This does not remove requirements for correspondence, banking, tax, editorial or log data. The controller must establish actual storage, recipients and applicable localisation, processing-notification and international-transfer requirements. Foreign services are not described as Russian-hosted. Targeted services in other countries require a separate applicable-law review.
8. Retention, access and security
Data are used within stated purposes and access is restricted to authorised persons. Retention of correspondence, agreements, payments, receipts, claims, logs and backups must be approved considering statutory duties and claims periods. Indefinite accumulation without a basis is not permitted. Website-profile deletion is not offered because no such profile exists; requests to erase correspondence and other data are reviewed separately, while mandatory records may be retained on a lawful basis.
